PRIVACY POLICY

Flip N Out Pinball maintains full confidentiality of site user information. Flip N Out Pinball does not share any customer information with any outside party.

 

RETURN POLICY

No returns accepted on pinball machines. If there is a problem with your product or the shipment of your product, please contact us for further directions: zach@flipnoutpinball.com

If customer purchases a product that is a preorder or a product that has not yet shipped and requests a refund, they will be refunded the amount paid, minus any fees associated with form of payment, such as credit card or PayPal. The exception would be if the item is clearly stated as 'Non-refundable' and/or 'Non-changeable', in which case the customer would forfeit their deposit and/or purchase.
